The final cleaning scope is confirmed during quotation or in a separate written agreement. Website service descriptions are general guidance and do not mean every listed task is included in every quote.

Specialist treatment, hazardous materials, trade waste, inaccessible areas and tasks that risk damage are not included unless expressly agreed.

Access and customer responsibilities

Any payment method, invoice timing, payment date or deposit requirement will be stated in the applicable quotation or service agreement before a service is agreed.

Changes, cancellation and access failures

Please communicate requested changes or access problems as early as reasonably possible. Changes may affect the scope, price or ability to carry out the service.

Any cancellation, rescheduling, late-notice or access terms that apply will be provided with the quotation or otherwise agreed before the service is confirmed.

Results and property condition

Cleaning outcomes depend on factors including material condition, age, staining, wear, previous treatment and safe access. We do not promise that every mark, stain, residue or odour can be removed.

End-of-tenancy cleaning does not guarantee a deposit return. Deposit decisions can involve damage, missing items, wear and other tenancy matters outside the cleaning scope.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Any other liability arrangements should be set out in the applicable quotation or service agreement and interpreted under applicable law.
